One of fastforward's strengths is in helping a business enter a new market. We targeted schools using heating oil to propose moving to biomass heating with the attractive subsidies this brings.
We gave them a list of 55 country schools in Somerset/Wiltshire/Glos with a brief to get us appointments with the Finance Director/Bursar of each. After a few weeks he had spoken to the target persons in 40 of these and set up interviews with 26. These resulted in prospects of over £5m of which over £1m has been closed to date.

As a long established business, relying on reputation and word of mouth to grow, we had never been particularly pro-active in our sales activity.
